What tools do you need for home cleaning?

Basic cleaning tools: vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, bucket, extendable window cleaning brush, towels (at least 4), scouring pad, gloves, etc. Basic cleaning agents: Diane-Clean, Blue Detergent, Green Detergent, bleach, Dettol, and Clean & Shine, etc.

What if the guests forget to prepare the tools?

If we find any problems with the tools, we will contact the customer to see if we can replace them as soon as possible. If we cannot replace them immediately, our housekeeping assistant will use the tools available on site to perform the cleaning service. Customers can also choose to pay an additional $350 for cleaning tools.

What's the difference between a single service and a monthly subscription service?

Single service is a one-time cleaning service; monthly service is a fixed monthly cleaning service, with the option to choose weekly cleaning frequency and enjoy a more favorable price.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time and will incur a $300 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests must be made two business days (48 hours) in advance of the scheduled appointment time to a customer service representative.

Yes, guests need to prepare basic cleaning tools and cleaning agents in advance. If tools cannot be provided, an additional cleaning tool fee of $350 will apply.

How are extra charges calculated for walking distance?

Calculated based on the walking distance from the service address to the nearest station/subway station. Free within 5 minutes, $30 for 6-10 minutes, $50 for 11-15 minutes, and $80 for more than 15 minutes.
