Separate surface cleaning from specialist treatments：Cleaning household surfaces does not mean deep-cleaning sofas, mattresses or curtains. Send photos and material information for fabric stains, coated surfaces, stone or wood. Agree a suitable method first; an estate name cannot support a promise to remove every stain.
Confirm the plan, time and scope before booking：Use the current plans and prices shown on the main service page and below. A building name does not establish a fixed quote. Share the area, optional photos, priority tasks and access times. Staffing, supplies, extra work and applicable surcharges follow the selected plan and confirmed quote.
